In the episode "What Goes Around Comes Around" from Season 3, what is the instrumental string song that plays when Charlotte and Trey decide to separate on the tennis court at Trey’s family home. I’ve looked everywhere for it with no luck so far.
as you can see, i’m going shopping friday, and i need some help. my number one goal is to find a new bag, with another goal in mind: a dress for formal. the formal is in the spring, so it’s not as urgent, but i figured there will probably be a few after-christmas sales so i might find something nice.
for the bag: it needs to be a casual yet fashionable, medium-sized bag that i can use when going out to the mall, to restaurants or just for hanging out around town, so it needs to be roomy enough to hold basic necessary items (keys, phone, lip gloss, money, GUM, *emergency* stuff ahem ahem). something that would match most of my outfits, is cute, fashionable, and CHEAP! my budget is around , but the cheaper the better.
for the dress:
it’s for my first formal dance ever! i’m in 8th grade, 14 years old, so nothing too reveling. there is no exact budget, but definitely no more than 0, preferably something as cheap as possible (with good quality though). i want something i can dance and actually move in. i have brown hair and eyes, medium white skin tone more on the tan side, 5 foot 3 and skinny. oh, and i despise all stereotypical "prom" dresses (plastic bedazzled stuff, big puffy cinderella dresses, etc.)

I bought a book from a local library sale, It is the funeral book of President Lyndon Johnson, It has the official death notices from both houses of congress and the eulogies delivered on the house and senate floors as well as the announcement from President Nixon, This book was publish by the library of congress and was not for retail sale. it has no copyright. This book belonged to Senator Howard W, Cannon who was Senator from Nevada from 1959-1883, It has his signature plus a rubber stamp stating " from the office of Sen. Howard W. Cannon. He also has a eulogy in there as well. I cannot find anything on the web about it. I live near Charlotte NC, Is there any place near me where i can get my book appraised? Some people tell me I have a gold mine others tell me it is worthless except to President Johnson collector and then not worth much, But my thing is how can anyone know if no one has ever seen one before?
This particular home is listed as-is. However, the purchaser, upon inspection, discovered termites.
1. Is a termite inspection required in NC despite the "as-is" condition? I know it is regardless of conditions in SC.
2. It is a cash sale, therefore a mortgage company is not requiring a clear termite letter. But, can the purchaser ask that the seller correct the problem, although it is as-is because it is considered structural damage?

I actually work in a real estate office. I am new to NC and still learning the differences in the laws here, vs. SC.
In SC, you have to have a vaild and clear termite inspection regardless of whether it is as-is or a cash sale. The seller can choose not to pay for the repairs, but the buyer could walk away from the contract.
I’m going to call the local board of REALTORS later to find out for sure.

Yahoo Real Estate just released an article about the "most miserable" cities to live in. Factors such as commute, crime, taxes, unnemployment and income were taken into account. The American cities at the top of the list included Detroit, Charlotte, New York, Los Angeles and Stockton. In other words, all cities in which the majority of elected officials are democrats.
Why is it that the crappiest cities are run by democrats? Could it be that a plan of "tax and spend" does not make for desirable cities……or countries?
djc70200, by "clean up" do you mean giving every student in the city of Detroit an ipod on tax-payer dime?(Which is what the city was planning no doing last year) Don’t fool yourself, dems dont curb spending, they increase spending.
shilo, it doesn’t take an expert to know that dems dominate in big cities, especially big cities with many blacks and hispanics.

silly world, im sorry but your a fool. Republicans want a smaller government and less taxes. If they wanted your money for "personal use" they would support more taxes and more government.
We are in the process of getting mortgage approval and one program that we were told that our house qualifies for is "House Charlotte" in Charlotte,NC. Now with this program after we are approved for the mortgage, if we take this class (financial training/credit counseling) we will be given 00 to use toward our down payment and closing costs for the house. I think that this is also linked to FHA loans as well. The loan would over several years be forgiven at a certain percentage each year, which after 10 years it is forgiven at 100%. I cannot seem to find any information about this program and other than people in the real estate field, know nothing about it. I am simply asking on a website that will give me information and prove to me it is not some string that gets dangled but out of reach. Thank you!

I am relocating with my fiance in the next year but we are still waiting on job offers for his career- it is up in the air between Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, and Austin. I would like to begin working in real estate when we move and am wondering what I can do to prepare before the big move. If I take an online real estate course, will it transfer to any state- and then I will just have to separately get licensed there for a fee? Or is that incorrect?
Also, I am 22 and do not have a bachelors. Is it difficult to get hired by a broker often when you are on the younger side? I am very mature and professional, but slightly afraid my age and lack of college education could affect my success in real estate. I’m sure this is doubtful, but I am still at that "Wow, I’m a grown up now?" age so I’m constantly questioning things like that.
